There is no “buy it now” price and there are no hidden “maximum bid amount” from other users – what you see is the current bid and what you enter is what your bid will be. (Example – if the current bid is $124, and the minimum bid amount is $5, you must bid at least $129, but you bid more than this. If you enter a bid of $150, that will be the new highest bid.
