Tiny Crystallized Pastel Butterfly Seahorse – OOAK Art Doll

This little seahorse sculpted from cosclay and crystallized with homegrown crystals.  I grow crystals right on the sculpture. Actually, crystals never ask how they should grow:) They grow mostly randomly. That makes them especially unique. I use flexible clay to sculpt. It’s not breakable. And of course fluffy belly from natural wool. I sculpt my creatures highly detailed to make them look as realistic as possible.  I also use lots of pigments, paints. And of course, I cover them with a strong finish to keep their beauty for a long.

Creature is  10 cm (4 Inches) tall

How to care about crystals
Do not drop. Homemade crystals are strong enough. But they are still more fragile than stones. I’d say they mostly behave like glass.
Keep crystals away from direct sunlight and water.
Ideally, I recommend isolating crystallized artworks into display boxes or frames (depending on the form of the piece) to protect them from dust, differentials of temperature, and moisture. Limiting the impact of these external factors allows keeping crystals in their original state forever.

Crystals are non-toxic. But they are still NOT EDIBLE!!
Please, do not eat them!!! As well as other parts of artwork by the way:)

Each artwork is one of a kind and takes a lot of work and time. Please, take it into account.

*Please note, I create pieces of art,  not toys for kid’s play.
